Have you ever find yourself trapped in your head? An over thinker, a negative thinker, easily triggered by words?
I think majority of us have these traits. It’s taking the time to realize and work on it. I’m the type of person that is easily triggered by words and how they were delivered.
How do you “Xscapb” (escape) the thoughts? (your mind) If you’re at the point of accepting your truth and continue to work on them.
For me I ignore It at the moment and later on take a moment to think what part of the words triggered me. How can I see it in a different perspective and not the way It was delivered? People aren’t around to deliberately attack me. Just some people deliverance isn’t clear enough. It takes a minute to relax and rethink the words without feeling attacked. To get a better understanding.

Cedar wood- relax the body, enhance concentration, and clears the mind.
Bergamot- soothes the nerves and reduce tension, anxiety, and depression.
Lemon- a mood enhancer
