Booking Your Scent Experience: What to Know About Deposits

We love creating unforgettable custom scent experience's. To make sure every session runs smoothly and your experience is top tier, we’ve made our deposit policy clear and simple.

🔐 Why We Require a Deposit

When you book a scent blending experience we begin preparing just for you from curating ingredients to setting aside time in our schedule.

The $180 deposit helps us lock in your spot and protect the creative energy and resources dedicated to your session.


💳 Deposit Details

If you’re not ready to pay in full, to secure your session, we require a $180 deposit.

  • $80 of that deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining $100 is applied toward your final balance.
  • Your full balance is due:
    • At the time of your appointment


🔁 Can I Reschedule?

Yes! Life happens, and we understand. You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice and still keep your $100 deposit intact.

However, please note:

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t show up for your session, the $80 non refundable portion will be forfeited.
  • The remaining $100 can be credited toward a future booking or purchase.

Custom scent blending is an intentional, personal process. Once your session is reserved, we begin prepping materials, blocking time, and preparing your experience. This policy helps protect the creative effort that goes into every blend while still offering flexibility.
